Furthermore, if you are submitting Job Advertisements as a Client, you expressly agree that the content you provide will not include any personal information that could identify an individual, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other details that can be used to directly or indirectly identify someone.

Disclaimer of Liability and User Content

Hire Crew Spot serves solely as a platform to facilitate the dissemination of User Content and is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any such content. Consequently, Hire Crew Spot disclaims any liability for the content provided by users. It is important to recognize that exposure to inaccurate, false, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content is a possibility when using the platform, and it is your responsibility to verify the quality and legitimacy of any User Content.
