PHP Job ID#392897Two (2) years of respiratory care experience in a critical care setting preferred.Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care Program.Licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) within 3 months of hire.
