We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our growing team. The Dispensary Technician plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all regulations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Dispensary Technician, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all operations align with state and federal guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Packaging and dispensing medication, reviewing delivery orders and bins for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations.
• Workstation Rotation: Working in areas such as Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, and Machine Packaging.
• Inventory Management: Receiving product deliveries, pulling and staging products for distribution, rotating stock, and coordinating with drivers for timely and accurate shipments.
• Physical Inventories: Performing regular medication inventory checks.

Qualifications:

• Required

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or pharmacy technician trainee license (as required by state law).
  • One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

• Preferred

  • Prior experience in long-term care, pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings.
  • PTCB National Certification.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $26.21 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location.
