Registered Nurse - NICU
Annual Salary: Competitive
Location: Round Rock, TX
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (12 HR Nights, 19:00-07:00)

Join the NICU team as a Registered Nurse. This role is crucial for providing specialized care to newborn infants who are ill or premature, as well as supporting their families during critical times.

Day-to-day of the role:
Provide critical care to newborns in the NICU, managing complex neonatal conditions.
Work collaboratively with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate and support parents and guardians, helping them understand their infant’s condition and care needs.
Participate in medical procedures and treatments as needed.
Ensure adherence to all hospital protocols and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree: RN, preferably BSN or higher.
Experience: Minimum of five years of RN experience in the NICU, including charge nurse responsibilities.
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required within 30 days of hire.
License: Must possess a current and valid nursing license.
