Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to patients, managing their medical conditions, and ensuring their overall well-being. The Clinical Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in various clinical settings.

The Clinical Nurse Practitioner will assess patients' health conditions, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions to improve patient outcomes. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
• Handle patient appointments and perform routine exams to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Encourage patients to participate actively in their own healthcare through services like health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidenced-based care, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Order and administer immunizations (including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide patient/parent vaccine counseling.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish (depending on the market).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask as required by protocol.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner Program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience preferred.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $87,035.00 - $187,460.00 per year.

This is a full-time float role.

• Work 30 - 35 hours a week, including every other weekend.
• Participate in an on-call and holiday rotation.
• Support clinics in Matthews Township and surrounding areas.
